Delight ”” The Joy of Scripture Memory
At first Scripture memory is a discipline. Press on, and becomes a desire. Keep going, and God’s Word becomes “a joy and the delight of your heart”.
This article is not a heavy theological teaching. God’s own Words say it best. Here you’ll see verses intended to point you to this biblical principle: internalizing (memorizing / living by / spreading) God’s Word leads ultimately to Joy in the LORD! And whatever you do, DO NOT let your feelings vote on whether or not your should do Scripture memory. Your feelings ”” your “flesh” ”” will always vote NO!
